By accessing or using PDFPark ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
PDFPark provides a suite of browser-based tools for editing, converting, merging, splitting, compressing, and otherwise processing PDF and related documents. All file processing occurs locally in your browser; your files are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to save them to your account.
We offer both free and paid services. Free tools are available with limited usage. Paid conversion packs and subscription plans unlock additional features, higher limits, and watermark-free exports. The specific features and pricing of each plan are described on our Pricing page and may change at any time.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload or process documents that infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the service; (d) use automated scripts or bots to access the service in a way that exceeds reasonable use; or (e) share your account credentials with others.
PDFPark, its logo, design, and software are the property of PDFPark and its licensors. You retain all rights to the documents you process using our tools. We do not claim ownership of your files.
Paid services are billed through our payment provider (Stripe). One-time purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription plans can be canceled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period. For refund requests, please contact us through our Contact page.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Since files are processed locally in your browser, we do not have access to the content of your documents unless you explicitly save them to your account.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice. We are not liable for any data loss or service interruption.
PDFPark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
